This policy covers the website of Inspired Electric LLC (“Inspired Electric”, “we”). We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work.

What we collect

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t use your photos to train AI models, and we don’t publish customer photos without asking.
• We don’t use advertising trackers.

Who processes information for us

• Website hosting and private file storage providers.
• An email delivery provider, to send your request to us and a confirmation to you.
• Anthropic (Claude), to perform automated analysis of submitted photos (photos and project description only, not your contact details).
• Google, which supplies the public reviews shown on this site. We don’t send Google information about you.

How long we keep it

• Photos from requests that don’t become jobs: deleted automatically after 60 days.
• Unfinished photo requests: deleted within 24 hours.
• Request details and job records: kept as ordinary business records.
• Anonymous usage events: about 13 months.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: InspiredElectricVT@gmail.com or (802) 355-9009. You can always call instead of using the website.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. Your browser’s temporary tab storage is used to remember how you arrived at the site and to keep a photo request in progress; it is cleared when you close the tab. The staff dashboard uses one sign-in cookie.

Children

This site is for adults arranging electrical work and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
